Fiona says: I've spent several years now coaching and supporting individuals in their career change journeys. Whilst many have been service-leavers, I have also worked with students, young graduates and more mature executives.
These small-group workshops allow delegates to gain a personal experience in a workshop setting.
Originally delivered online, this programme is now offered in-person as well.
Building on several years successfully coaching career changers from the Defence sector, Fiona is delighted to now be able to offer her unique coaching workshop to a wider audience.
Join a small group for a 2-part affordable workshop with you and your career change aspirations at the heart of the project.
What to expect (online programme)
1000-1200 - Take a supported deep-dive into your own personal motivations and drivers for change.
1200-1300 - Lunch break including opportunity for informal conversations and mutual support between delegates. Break-out rooms available for privacy if desired.
1300-1500 - Develop your own career change plan using our bespoke tools and with guided support.
In-person programmes offer a slightly longer programme to enable time for groups to socialise informally during breaks.
Fiona has drawn upon her extensive experience in the military to provide the mentoring support expected by those leaving - supporting, pragmatic, honest and persistent! She has fused her knowledge of the Land Based Sector and personal military experience to create an outstanding resource for anyone, but particularly those in the military community.
