This job is the starting point for anyone that wants a career in dairy farming. Dourie Farming Company has a proven track record of employing and training ex-military personnel. We will start you off working in the dairy but over the course of 2-3 years you will be trained in all aspects of dairy management, animal welfare, grass land management, business planning and organisation. We all have to start somewhere and this business offers you an opportunity to gain valuable, practical experience that could lead to you running your own farm business or managing somebody else’s.
